Moshe Goldberg & Co. was founded in 1974 by Adv. Moshe Goldberg.
The professional team is made up of six attorneys, each an expert in a field of commercial law (such as mergers acquisitions, securities and capital markets, intellectual property, banking and finance, antitrust and competition, real estate and real estate tax, litigation and dispute resolution), and provides its local and international clients with professional and reliable service in Hebrew and English.

International commercial practice – the firm's international department is engaged in international deals and transactions. Among other things, this practice handles all of the corporate issues related to mergers and acquisitions, project financing, commercial agreements between Israeli and foreign companies, management of commercial disputes between Israeli and foreign enterprises, commercial arbitration, representation of Israeli corporations in international arbitration/mediation, as well as consulting and representing foreign companies in the Israeli court system or an Israeli institute of arbitration.
Practice dedicated to private individuals and families – the department provides personal and comprehensive legal services to private individuals and families, both Israeli and foreign, all tailored to the client's unique needs. The legal services provided relate, among other things, to taxation, real estate, banking, companies and litigation.
